Mauricio recently presented his research poster at the 2018 GEM-ASEE Doctoral Engineering Research Showcase in Washington D.C. As a GEM Fellow, Mauricio is passionate about teaching and is always looking to help promote the participation of under-represented minorities in the STEM fields.
