Congratulations to Keye Su on defending his thesis and finishing his Ph.D.! Dr. Su's thesis, titled "A New Hybrid Free-Wake Model for Wind Turbine Aerodynamics with Application to Wake Steering", presented an algorithm used to model the unsteady vortex wake generated by wind turbines and developed a method to improve energy efficiency of wind farms.
